Returns & Exchange

At acenutrition.pk, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re not satisfied. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a full refund:

-You have to prove that given product is Counterfeit.
- Your item/items must be sealed, unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return request shall be placed within 30 days of the delivery date.
- For issues like allergic reactions, gastric issues, headache etc, please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We highly recommend consulting with your physician before purchasing any supplement to insure it is suitable for you.

REFUNDING THE PURCHASE
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account.
Shipping fees, COD fees will not be refunded.

RETURNS EXCLUSIONS
Promotion/Discounted and Near expiry items will not be accepted for exchange or return.

REQUESTING RETURNS
Customer needs to call our customer service team and lodge a request for exchange and provide the order number and the items he/she wishes to return, within 30 days from date of delivery.
Customer should provide an image for the item showing its condition and the original tag/box. In cases where customer is returning through courier, customer needs to securely pack the item in its original packing as received by the customer. Customer will bear shipping charges in such cases.
Once item has been returned, refund/store credit will be issued.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Items must be returned within 30 days. Any returns requested after the mentioned period, will not be accepted.
Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only.
All items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please contact our customer support team to do the needful, within 48 hours of receiving.
Our Customer Support team will email you to confirm that your return item(s) has been received and will process the refund/store credit.
