1- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order.
Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 36 hours to process and make it ready-for-delivery.

2- WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
You can purchase on our website using a Cash on Delivery (COD), bank account transfer. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.

3- IS THERE A WARRANTY?
We guarantee any of our product made by us and sold through our online store to be free of defect.

4- HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email or call customer support before order confirmation call.

5- WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY?
To avail COD, please follow these instructions.
At checkout, select ‘Cash on Delivery'. Upon the courier’s arrival, check for the original receipt and pay only the amount mentioned on that receipt in cash.

6- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can check the status of your order on your account page. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you can live track the rider’s progress through a tracking link that will be sent to you via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
